Look at the edges

Context is everything. Understanding what a user did right before an action and what they expect right after matters just as much as the action.

Nobody wins alone

Creativity compounds when it’s shared. Discussing ideas out loud is far more effective than trying to solve a hard problem in a vacuum.

Walls built the door

Constraints aren't the end of a design; they are just the shape of the room. Treating limits as redirections always helps.

Stay curious outside

The best insights usually happen away from the screen. Beating a creative block? Ditch the Ted talk, just talk to a kid.
